Tips for Reducing your weight

  • Eat at least 5 servings of fruits and vegetables per day.
  • Exercise & have a long walk daily.
  • Do not Skip Meals.
  • Don't eat fried oil items, high caloric foods.
  • Go for wholesome fresh foods.
  • Go for Fitness training.
  • Get advice from good dieticians.
  • Maintain your BMI (body mass index).
  • Drink atleast 8 liters of water per day.
